Ethics and Business Policy
The Company operates its business by paying attention and recognizing the importance of morality and business ethics. It operate its business according to the ethical framework and code of business conducts of the Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited Group. These ethics and the code of business conducts are prescribed as the policy and practice guidelines that all level of employees have the duty and responsibility to strictly comply with. They include various aspects such as good corporate governance, respect for human rights, anti-corruption, environmental protection, as well as innovative and process development that are aligned and aimed in the same directions, and to promote all of these as a part of the Company’s organizational culture that are orderly and endorse the achievement of the Company’s business sustainability.
