Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited (FPCAMT), as a REIT manager, has responsibilities and core duties to manage the REIT including investment in core assets of the REIT and controls property manager to perform its’ duty professionally, cautiously, honestly.

Such responsibilities and duties are under trustee’s supervising accordance to trust deed, REIT manager agreement, related regulations, obligations in prospectus since the unit offering to the trust holders, and resolution of the trust holders’ meeting in order to maximize the trust holders’ benefit. Therefore, the REIT have to be operated with ethics and don’t act anything that conflicted with the trust holders.

Submits trust unit listing application and trust deed to the S.E.C.

Cooperates with related parties i.e. underwriter, the Stock Exchange of Thailand etc.
