Sustainable Development

The sustainable development framework of the Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited Group covers various dimensions including economic growth, a good corporate governance system, efficient risk management, and operations with social and environmental responsibility. The Company recognizes the importance of business sustainability that offers valuable experiences to all stakeholders, as well as provides efficient operations that suit all aspects of situations and changes that may arise.

Environment

In any business process that involves the environment both in terms of those making an impact and those affected by the impact, the Company pays great attention to environmental responsibility because we are dependent on the use of natural resources for consumption and business operations. The Company thus prescribes the practice guidelines in the management of limited environmental resources that aim to achieve optimum efficiency, starting from its production process for products and services, its transportation and delivery of products, its marketing, and its sales of products and services to consumers, to the use of products and services which involve energy consumption, water uses, creations of waste and pollution, as well as the greenhouse gas emissions. All of these efforts intend to reduce long-term environmental impacts both directly and indirectly.

Social

The Company emphasizes and pays attention towards its responsibility to society and the community. To achieve its business sustainability, the Company realizes that it needs to connect to society and the community both directly and indirectly, as well as within and outside its organization. It must operate according to human rights principles, and help promote such principles to become a part of its organizational culture by applying the human rights principles in its intention to enhance competency and potentiality of its employees and trade partners along the supply chain. We believe that efficient business management that emphasizes responsibility towards employees and the society will also benefit the organization.

Corporate Governance

The Company recognizes its role, duty, and responsibility to comply with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, as well as to observe business ethics and good corporate governance principles. It also operates in accordance with its work manual and internal control system. It undertakes risk management in every dimension together with improvement of its work process to enhance efficiency in its business management. All of these aim to create sustainable growth and added value to the company and society.
