affiliated with Golden Land Property Company Development Public Company Limited, was found and officially registered in Thailand on 9th January 2015 with paid-up capital of Baht 10 million. Besides, the company has been approved the REIT manager license from the Securities and Exchange Commission since 27th November 2020. The company initiated with its objective of being a REIT manager managed real estate investment trust (REIT) and assets under the REIT in accordance to the trust deed and REIT manager agreement. Moreover, REIT manager operation is under monitored by trustee, which is Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited, in order to maximize profitability of trust holders.
