Main Responsibilities
- Submit REIT’s filling and related documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission
- Direct REIT’s strategy and operation plan
- Invest and benefit from invested asset
- Manage REIT accordance to trust deed and related regulations
- Calculate and disclose assets’ valuation and net asset value of REIT
- Maintain quality of assets for beneficially generation
- Considerate distribution to the unitholders
- Organize annual general meeting or extraordinary general meeting as requested
